We accept returns of handmade decorative items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each piece is unique, and we ask that you handle items with care when inspecting them.

Custom-made items and personalized pieces are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
